10 Easy Ways to Look Younger and Improve Your Skin Care

There are lots of other natural skin care treatments! If you find them useful, then you'll find many more in my new publication which you can find using the links in the last paragraph of this article. It's called "100-Plus Solutions to Skin Care Problems- Naturally"

Anti Aging Skin Care is the new phrase on many women's lips right now. But even using the best skin care products we can't defeat time, and its eventual effect on our bodies. But we can put up a damn good fight!

Here are ten snippets of useful advice about entirely natural skin care products which can help you look after your skin. A daily skin care regime based on some or all of these suggestions really could help you look younger - for longer.

1. Best Wrinkle Cream? Herbal extracts can clear up many skin problems.

For many who seek clearer skin, the natural approach can be the best way to achieve it.

For example, there are now some great Echinacea supplements commercially available that can be applied to your skin with great effect. You can and should also add Echinacea to your daily vitamin regime.

2. Create your own exclusive anti wrinkle cream / facial cleanser.

If you are one who prefers to use only natural ingredients on your face, then why not consider creating your own mild cleanser using milk, rosewater, oatmeal powder and almond meal?

If your skin is oily, you could use an alternative recipe using chickpea flour, lemon, yogurt or honey.

3. Castor oil is a first-class skin moisturizer.

Do you endure dry knees and/or dry elbows? You may be surprised to learn that castor oil makes a first-rate moisturizer. Sparingly apply it at bedtime and cover the affected area to prevent staining of bedclothes. Castor oil is a widely available natural vegetable oil, and it is inexpensive too.

4. Want to look younger? Almonds make for crystal clear skin?

Almonds are an especially good source of antioxidants, which help to keep your skin clearer and more healthy. Add an ounce of almonds to your daily diet to encourage better skin health and better overall health.

5. Dry Skin? Jojoba oil is also worth a shot.

If you have dry, itchy skin, try applying a small amount of jojoba oil, which is a plant-derived wax known for its healing properties. Jojoba Oil has been used for centuries to treat cuts and wounds and is a natural alternative to other skin treatments which may contain harsh chemicals.

6. Sour milk? Don't just throw it away.

Use sour milk to wash your face. It is an excellent natural alternative to those harsh chemical peels which can have sometimes nasty after-effects. The Lactic Acid in sour milk helps to remove dead skin cells and leave you with a healthy glow.

7. Try the hot / cold water regime (if you can)

After your hot shower, and before shutting off the water, switch to cold water for a few seconds, and then return to hot. Repeat this for a couple of minutes and you will soon start to notice that your skin is looking better.

This ploy improves blood circulation in your skin. At first, the process might be a tad shocking and distinctly uncomfortable, but when you start to see results, you won't worry about that..

8. Very dry skin? Try mashed avocado.
