If you decide to go for it then keep the rest of your outfit in block colours as well, do not do bright tights and prints, you will look like you got dressed in the dark! The brighter and shinier the tights the chunkier your legs will appear, so be careful what colour and finish you pick.

For those of us with heavy legs, go for darker colours such as black, navy, dark grey, bottle green or perhaps purple. If you pick a pair of shoes or skirt in a matching colour then this can make you look taller and slimmer as you create a solid column of colour.
Unless you are fearless then steer clear of yellow or worse, cream white tights as, unless you have a figure a model would envy, these just do not suit many people. Clashing or coordinating with your outfit, have fun playing dress up.
